EXAMPLE : If R1 = 1,000 Ohms and R2 = 10,000 Ohms, then gain is 1+ (10,000 / 1,000) or 11.

Note that "Out" is an amplified but not inverted version of "In".

Gain = 1 + (R2 / R1)
