This Circuit will drive a small DC motor when the irf510 power mosfet is switched on by the voltage divider formed by the solar cell and R1. Adjust R1 to control sensitivity. The irf510 will drive a motor that consumes up to 2 ampers. +V should not exceed the motor's ratings. Use sunlight, flashlight or laser pointer.
